Why heart disease is attacking younger Malaysians?

Cardiovascular disease is no longer an old-age disease‼️
⚠️ Recent study shows hypertension (high blood pressure) , which is one of the indicators of coronary heart disease, affects 26% of Malaysians aged 15 years or older.
⚠️ Did you also know that by 2030, Southeast Asia would have the largest percentage increase in cardiovascular disease-related deaths?
⚠️ In Malaysia, on average, 50 Malaysians die of heart disease daily. Many young Malaysians are now at risk of heart disease because of our sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet.

Prevention is better than cure!
So, besides regular exercise, what are the heart-healthy nutrients that we can incorporate into our daily diet , to prevent heart disease?
1️⃣
Hawthorn Herb
Increasing evidence that hawthorn is beneficial for heart health as it helps with better blood pressure control. This is by helping to dilate blood vessels, thus improving the blood flow.

2️⃣
CoQ10
CoQ10 is an essential nutrient present in almost every cell in the human body.
CoQ10 is beneficial in helping to boost our heart’s energy level.
Research also shows that CoQ10 has been widely used in the management of individuals with heart failure.
